Price: $250 (check, cash, Zelle at time of service)

2 hours - Service performed by Nathan Smith - This service includes any necessary pitch adjustments, fine tuning, pedal adjustments, and minor action adjustments (such as a handful of sticking or sluggish keys). Minor voicing adjustments provided upon request. There are no additional charges for large pitch adjustments, though if we are dealing with a very old piano (pre 1940), pitch may be left at a lower level to avoid large numbers of broken strings. Determining factors for tuning to a lower pitch level are severe rust on strings, obvious previous string repairs, etc. You will be notified if this is necessary. I reserve the right to decline service if after examining the piano I feel it cannot be satisfactorily serviced. 

Please be courteous and avoid scheduling other contractors (lawn care, painters, cleaning services) during your tuning slot. It only takes about 90 minutes to tune a piano, and having a low noise level is imperative for a high quality tuning.
